Vice President of Operations

Suzanne has been with StoneCrest Investments since it first established roots in the Austin market back in 2001.  She bridges the gap between the two primary divisions of StoneCrest; Leasing and Asset Management.  With the leasing team, Suzanne assists with lease reviews and document language.  Asset Management keeps her busy with property operations and construction administration.  In addition to bridging the gap, Suzanne also keeps the pulse of the company on track.  This includes working with the Partners on future development plans and company outlook projections as well as the general accounting of the business and projects.

 

While she keeps her base in the Texas office, she spends time traveling to Tennessee and Mississippi to manage projects across the entire StoneCrest portfolio.

 

Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree as well as a Certificate in Office Systems from Sul Ross State University where she graduated Magna cum Lade and was a member of the Alpha Chi Honor Society.

 

Suzanne serves as the Treasurer for the Twin Creek Phase II Property Owners Association as well as a Board Member for the Park West Corperate Center Owners Association.  Positions she's previously held in her community include Board Member for the Walburg Community Center, member of the Architectural Control Board for Twin Creek Farms and a volunteer teacher for her church's religious education program.

 

Suzanne has been married to her husband, Brandon for over 11 years.  Together they enjoy watching their young daughter experience life in rural Texas.  Though the office keeps her occupied during the week, old Texas dancehalls, traveling with her family, crafting, baking, traditional country music, and evenings with friends and wine remain a favorite escape.
