Blake joined StoneCrest Investments immediately after graduating from Baylor University in December of 2007, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree majoring in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship.  His time with StoneCrest has given him diverse experience in the management, construction and development side of the commercial real estate industry.

 

Blake is actively involved in the entire development process and directly responsible for overseeing site, shell, and tenant finish-out construction on all of our Texas properties.  This includes plan review, permit submittals, bid assessments, implementing construction schedules, checking construction accuracy, and creative problem solving throughout the entire build process.  He is also currently overseeing property management on approximately 500,000 SF of retail space in Austin, Memphis, and North Mississippi.

 

Blake enjoys new challenges on the job, and values the relationships that he builds with each of our tenants during their construction process and throughout the length of their lease.  He is very detail oriented and thrives in an environment where creative thinking is needed to reach solutions to difficult problems.

 

Along with asset and construction management, Blake handles StoneCrest's brand development and brand recognition.  This includes the graphic design for StoneCrest's marketing materials such as their website, brochures, logo, and signage.  Blake also photographs all of the StoneCrest properties for use in their marketing materials.

 

Blake has been married to his wife, Shana, for 12 years now.  They live in Georgetown, TX with their 9 year old son, James, and 6 year old son, Connor.  In his free time, Blake enjoys photography, driving the hill country, rescuing snakes, and landscaping.
